The Excel spreadsheets on this CD were created and designed
for the capabilities and features of Excel 2002 and Excel X
for the Macintosh.

These spreadsheets are not designed to run in Excel 97/98
for Windows or the Macintosh.

     INSTALLING OR USING THE CD-ROM. BY 
     INSTALLING OR USING THIS CD-ROM YOU 
     AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS

     nontransferable, nonexclusive license to use 
     this CD-ROM ("the Product"), 
     subject to the terms and restrictions set

     Agreement is licensed with "limited rights." 
     Utilization of the Product is subject to the 
     restrictions specified in the "Rights in 
     Technical Data and Computer Software" clause 
     at DOD FAR Supp. 52.227-7013, or the 
     equivalent clause for nondefense agencies.

     7. Disclaimer of  Warranty. You expressly 
     acknowledge and agree that use of the Product 
     is at your sole risk. The Product is provided

     Taylor and Francis Books expressly disclaims all 
     warranties, express or implied, including, but 
     not limited to, the warranties or 
     merchantability and fitness for a particular
